a b o u t u s Southeast Message Centers is one of the largest sign companies in the southeastern United States that focuses primarily on the sales and service of LED electronic message centers. We sell complete sign systems with LED displays and we also retrofit LED displays to existing signs. Our business model is personal service and customer satisfaction. We have found that by taking care of our customers, the sales take care of themselves. Our sales growth has been steadily growing. Most of our sales have been through referrals from satisfied customers. We take care of our customers by making sure the customer receives the right display for their situation, furnishing a quality product, personally overseeing the sign installation, providing on-site software training, and providing service with our own personnel and equipment for any ongoing service needs. We have found that it is difficult and expensive to hire other sign companies to service our customer’s displays. This is because few sign companies have service personnel trained in repairing electronic message centers. For this reason, we limit our sales area to about a six hour driving distance from Atlanta, Georgia. Within this area, if a problem arises, we go fix it. It’s that simple. We are able to offer our products and service at a very competitive price, due to our low overhead and the volume discount we receive from the LED display manufacturers. Joe Jenkins, the president of Southeast Message Centers, has been in the sign business for over twenty-five years. Beginning with a family owned sign business in Macon, Georgia, Joe spent several years fabricating, installing and servicing signs. He also acquired the skill of neon-glassblowing which he kept up for many years. Later in his career, he managed a large commercial sign shop in Atlanta and finally became the leading salesperson of LED displays for the largest sign company in Georgia. He started Southeast Message Centers in July, 2004 after determining that the price of LED displays had finally become affordable for most small business owners. We welcome all inquires.
